Project Details

Vista 4P is a comprehensive integrated software solution for Human Resource, Leave, Out of Office, Payroll, Provident Fund and Pension Fund System. This system is applicable for all small, medium and large enterprise for doing company’s payroll, provident fund and pension fund related daily activities. It is a user friendly and easy to generate report tool, has been developed by highly skilled professionals with the main objectives of ease of use and minimizing work effort associated with Human Resource, Leave, Out of Office, Payroll, Provident Fund and Pension Fund System. The system operates according to well established & generally accepted accounting principles.

Human Resource Information System module contains few sub modules like personnel management, employee life cycle, training management, query analyzer and report management. This module is applicable for all small, medium and large organization for doing company’s regular human resource related activities.

Leave Management System is a solution that enables user to manage all types of leave (dynamically) in an enterprise. The system will inherit leave application recommender or approver from the HRIS module where each employee is configured with line manager and his/her department head. Through this system, recommender and approver can recommend and approve the leave application accordingly over mail. System is also capable to generate a set of well defined leave reports for the organization.

Out of Office Assistant is a system to ease maintaining employees out of office document. OOA enables other user to find out the list of employees who are currently out of office. Out of Office Assistant also enables to view report of out of office document based on employee name and date range.

Payroll is very much configurable which covers Employee Salary Grade, Bank Information, Cost Center, Employee Bank Letters, Loan Disbursement, Loan Scheduling and Loan Rescheduling, Loan Recovery, Conveyance, Bonus, Advance Adjustment, Tax Deduction from Monthly Salary and Final Settlement of employee and a group of organized reports.

Provident Fund is very organized and user friendly. It covers Provident Fund Configuration (rate of company contribution, rate of employee contribution) , Configurable of PF Account Head, Member Information, Opening Balance of Existing Members, New Members Information, PF Investment, PF Encashment, Monthly Employee Contribution, Monthly Company’s Contribution, Loan Disbursement to Members, Loan Recovery, Non-Refundable Loan Disbursement, Yearly Income of PF, Yearly Profit Distribution to Members, Outgoing Members Fund, Former Members Fund, Outgoing Members Payment, Former Members Payment, Journal Entry of PF and a group of organized reports.

Pension Fund is a well developed module which covers Pension Policy, Pensioners Information, Employee Wise Monthly Pension Amount, Investment of Pension Amount, Encashment of Pension Amount, and Journal Entry of Pension Fund.
