TechnoVista Limited is pleased to be selected for the “Development of Municipal Revenue Administration System (MRAS) for ULGIs” project under the Local Government Engineering Department’s Local Government COVID-19 Recovery and Response Project (LGCRRP). The project aims to modernize revenue management and strengthen good governance across Pourashavas in Bangladesh through efficient digital solutions.

TechnoVista Limited is modernizing municipal operations through integrated digital solutions aimed at improving service delivery and revenue management across Urban Local Government Institutions (ULGIs). The initiative includes the development of a Municipal Market Management System for efficient rent, billing, and collection management, along with integration of eKpay to enable secure cashless payments for services such as Holding Tax, Trade License, Water Billing (Dia & Meter), Market Fees, and Non-motorized Vehicle management across 329 Pourashavas. The project also features a Citizen Portal for payment status tracking, SMS service integration, and the automation of key functions through the Municipal Revenue Administration System (MRAS) to ensure standardized digital services nationwide.

In addition, TechnoVista Limited will migrate existing databases from the MSU desktop software to a web-based platform and provide online and in-person capacity-building training programs to support effective implementation.
