Library Service is a comprehensive solution to provide library activities and other related jobs of library. Library Service provides online real time information about the Library Book available in the Library and the Library Member information. It covers Member Creation, Member Registration, Member Approval Process, Member Transfer, Member Closure, Book Receiving from Vendor, Book Receiving from Donor as gift, Book Cataloging, Magazine Receiving, Clipping Information, Book Reservation, Book Issuing, Book Receiving from Member, Book Maintenance (Book Condition, Book Weeding, Book Lost and Book Write Off).

Apart from this the system also covers Configuration of commonly used items (Author Type, Book Title, Content Type, Country, and Member Category etc.), Author Information, Vendor/ Donor Information, Member Policy, Fine Policy, Staff Information, Letter Issue, Notice Information and Stack Information. On the other hand there is a user level access privilege for users. So that client can create different types of role and assign the user under any role.

• The librarian can get the information of the members who have borrowed or returned the Book
• The librarian is able to search and browse Book exactly as they were first entered, including Book Title, Call Number, Accession Number, Author, Subject
• System allows user to reserve book by the member
• The members when complete the returning process, the due to be paid by the member must be calculated and the information about the member and the due amount is store to the system
