The ‘Project Management Excellence Award- 2022’ has been given to nine organizations in various fields to honor outstanding achievements in project management in the country.
The awardees include City Bank Limited, SwissContact Bangladesh, Institute of Information Technology- University of Dhaka, TechnoVista Limited, Coats Bangladesh Limited, Bank Asia Limited, RFL Electronics Limited, Dahuk and the ICT Department of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh for this year’s Project Management Excellence.
TechnoVista Limited awarded “Bangladesh Project Management Excellence Awards 2022” for “Project of the Year – Business/Services” for MIS Software.
The award was presented by the Chief Guest Dr. Shamsul Alam, Honorable Minister of State, Ministry of Planning, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
In the opening speech, State Minister expressed hope that this achievement of project management will promote the national economy and good governance of Bangladesh. PMI Bangladesh Chapter Chairman Anesha Ahmed also warmly welcomed and thanked all the participants in her speech. The theme of this year’s PMI Bangladesh Chapter Symposium was ‘Empowerment and Accelerating Achievement.’
Dr. Srini Srinivasan, Regional Managing Director (South Asia), Project Management Institute (PMI) and Prasanna Sampath Kumar, Region 11 Mentor, PMI, also attended the programme as special guests of honour.
