CARE Bangladesh requires integration of HRIS, Payroll, Personnel Activity Reports (PAR), e-recruitment, Travel, online forms approval system. Moreover, they also need flexibility in different tables and matrix to support all benefits related to accounting, different kinds of reconciliations and management reports to support their current need.

We will be developing the following key modules under this assignment:

• Core system development including HRIS, Payroll, System Admin console, Dashboard interface
• Transport service Information System
• General Service operation module including online service request and approval system
• Asset Management and Logistic service module
• Mobile apps development
