The Government of Bangladesh has honored Navidul Huq as a CIP for his significant contribution to the IT sector.

Navidul Huq, Managing Director of TechnoVista Limited and Director of Fiftytwo Digital Ltd. Bangladesh received the CIP Award again in the Computer Software, Computer Services and Data Processing category.

The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh today awarded the Commercially Important Person (CIP) status to 180 Businessmen including Navidul Huq for their extraordinary contribution to the economy in 2021.

Of the total recipients, 140 were given the CIP status under the export category and the rest 40 under the trade category as ex-officio as the directors of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI).

Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi, Senior Commerce Secretary Tapan Kanti Ghosh and FBCCI President Md. Jashim Uddin handed over the CIP cards to the recipients at Pan Pacific Sonargaon in Dhaka.

The Ministry of Commerce and the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) have jointly been awarding the CIP cards to the winners.
