Tottho Apa is a project of Jatiyo Mohila Sangstha (JMS), under the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs (MoWCA) to empower women through information and communication technology. The portal for Tottho Apa is to impart the necessary information and resources to the women and children to let them informed and acknowledged.
