Jatiya Mohila Songstha under the supervision of the Ministry of Women and Children affairs, takes a new project called “Tottho Apa: Empowering Women Through ICT towards Digital Bangladesh Project (2nd Phase)”. The goal of the project is to provide easy access to information technology for under-privileged women in rural areas and empowering them through IT enabled services (ITES) and sensitizing 01 core women of rural areas and assist them to solve their everyday problems through information technology, and making them aware by establishing 490 information centres throughout the country.

The purpose of the assignment is to develop a comprehensive Web-Based Management Information System (MIS) to ensure systematically recording and extraction of project information by the key stakeholders of the project for informed decision making. The MIS should also produce necessary structured reports for project management. The key modules are in below-
