In 2018, TechnoVista Limited developed the E-Licensing System for the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC). This system facilitates applicants in submitting applications for new licenses, license renewals, and license amendments within the power, gas, and petroleum sectors. Additionally, BERC users employ the system for application review, evaluation, approval processes, and issuance of various licenses and certificates, such as license waivers, amended licenses, enlistments, provisional licenses, and renewals.

TechnoVista Limited has been providing continuous maintenance and support under yearly service agreements. This ongoing partnership ensures the software remains secure, updated, and fully capable of supporting the evolving demands of Bangladesh’s energy infrastructure.
