Management Information System of President Guard Regiment

Development of the Management Information System (MIS) is an initiative by President Guard Regiment (PGR) intended to adopt and utilize the information & communication technology for a faster and efficient management. For this reason, various integrated customized database software and web-services is developed to automate the day to day activities of PGR. The software solution consists of various utilities-based modules that allow PGR to store and manage all the information ensuring the data-security and access-control. The software will also generate reports to assist the decision-making process in the shortest possible time.

Project Details

Development of the Management Information System (MIS) is an initiative by President Guard Regiment (PGR) intended to adopt and utilize the information & communication technology for a faster and efficient management. For this reason, various integrated customized database software and web-services is developed to automate the day to day activities of PGR.

The software solution consists of various utilities-based modules that allow PGR to store and manage all the information ensuring the data-security and access-control. The software will also generate reports to assist the decision-making process in the shortest possible time.

The project intends to develop the Management Information System (MIS) and interactive websites for PGR, thus aims is to provide reliable means by which information and data are managed to achieve the best-possible results in the shortest possible time. It is expected that, the software will help the PGR administration to enhance the efficiency of the personnel involved. The project also targets to interact with the citizens of the country through the website.
