The online web TV focusing on women of the country is developed to provide service to the women and promote any women related event, issue, policies, message, etc. Based on the objective of the assignment, women TV is developed with some major features like 24 Hours Online Web TV, Off-line Version of TV Program, Integration of Web TV in the Web Portal, Blog Service etc.

24 Hours Online Web TV: An Online Women TV is designed and incorporated in the web portal. Any one visiting the website can watch the TV programs specifically produced to focus women issue. Besides, there is a provision for a video and a photo gallery in the portal.

Off-line Version of TV Program: This software application for JMS is developed to watch the offline version of the TV programs. It will be facilitated automatic downloading option of the TV programs in the PC connected with the computer. So, if the information center needs to use any program for future training of future reference, they have already a copy of the programs in their computer, which they can use later without the Internet.

Integration of Web TV in the Web Portal: Women TV would be able to integrate with the web portal of JMS or will be a single window online system to get all services.

Blog Service: There is a blogging service in the web TV. The purpose of the blog service is to make the site more interactive, getting frequent feedback and opinion from the users, discussion of policies, organizing discussion forums in the internet over important issues etc. This way the TV is not only give content and news support to the women but also provide means for easy feedback for continuous development.
